Sofia & Grace Cookie Company was founded in 2017 by Shalonda Vasquez in Brooklyn, New York and named for her twin daughters, Sofia and Grace.

After many years in administration for early children services , Shalonda applied her background and a tradition of baking started in her grandmother’s kitchen to found Sofia & Grace. Founded when the girls were just a year old, the company embodies the childlike spirit of its namesake twins and its menu features adventurous flavors such as red velvet, maple, sweet potato, S’mores, coconut caramel, and PB&J, as well as vegan cookies and more traditional cookie flavors.

Continuing in the tradition of baking as an ode to her grandmother and as a means to connect with the real Sofia and Grace, Shalonda now serves thousands upon thousands of tasty cookies and treats to the children - and inner children - of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and to customers far beyond.
